Returns & Refunds — The Lekker Store

Changed your mind?
For unopened biltong packs that do not deteriorate or expire rapidly, you have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. Email info@thelekkerstore.nl preferably including your order number. You then have another 14 days to return the packs, with their food-safety seals intact. Return postage is at your expense.

Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, opened biltong packs cannot be returned for a change of mind once their food-safety seal has been broken. Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly are also excluded; we will identify these before purchase.

Something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrectly supplied or with a broken seal, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you. Do not consume potentially unsafe food; contact us before returning it.

Refunds
For valid cancellations, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using your original payment method without a fee. We may wait until we receive the products or proof of return. For a full-order cancellation, we also refund standard outbound delivery costs; premium delivery supplements are excluded.
